Once Upon a Book Fair

Once Upon a Book Fair at the San Marcos, California Convention Center proved to be a  profoundly memorable event!

A steady stream of adults and children attended and purchased books from 84 participating authors, some with their very first book displayed, like us, and some who had tables filled with books they’ve written over the years.

Visitors were friendly and many approached our table and asked questions about our book. Several teens were interested. Sales were steady and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Catherine was a panel member in the biography/memoir category with two other authors. The moderator was professional and audience members asked some really great questions as well. And yes, Catherine is currently working on her second book.

Participating in this year’s book fair  was well worth it. We made  invaluable connections with other  authors and made new friends. Everyone was excited to be there and we left feeling uplifted. We will definitely participate in more book fairs in the future.
